I’m new. How do I order?

At “A French Toast” we go to great lengths to ensure you have an easy and wonderful shopping experience.
Simply choose the category or collection to browse through a series of interesting products.
Select the Variant- “Single”, “Set of 2” or “Set of 4” and add to your Cart
Use Checkout Button in the Cart Icon located on top right to securely add your details, make payment and place your order successfully. That’s it.

You will receive a confirmation mail for your order and also a mail once the order is dispatched.

Is it safe to order online?

Yes, we use industry standard SSL encryption to protect your details. Potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and card details are encoded so they can only be read on the secure server. This information is authenticated to ensure it only gets sent to this secure server and is checked to make sure it has not been tampered with during transfer.
Security checks are also made on all transactions, to ensure the authenticity of each card payment.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We currently accept all major debit and credit cards including UPI and some wallets. Our payment partner is Razorpay.

How do I apply a promotional code?

You can add a valid promotion code during the checkout process.

Can I use a different payment method?

At present our only payment partner is Razorpay, where you can use most of the debit card, credit cards, net banking and UPI options

When will my card be charged for my order?

Due to the nature of our payments system, the full cost of the order will be charged to the card as soon as it is placed.

Do your prices including GST?

Yes, All our online prices include GST. You will see the GST amounts while checkout and in your Bills.


What is the difference in the Quality of Product.

We ensure highest level of quality for all our products. Our prices are very competitive but we do not compromise even a bit in Quality.
All our Cushion covers are finely stitched up with high quality Fabric that is very smooth and soft on Skin.

What is the size of these Cushion covers?

At present we only have standard size in Cushion Covers. ie 40 cms by 40 cms

Most of our deliveries are sent via Delhivery and we will send you an automated email with the tracking number of your order.

Is it possible to change the address/cancel or amend my order?

Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we have an automatic invoicing system. For any changes to your order, please call us immediately after placing the order. We can attempt to stop or amend your order with our dispatch team, if it is not possible, we will advise you on the next steps.
